Jen Wilkin is a speaker, writer, and teacher of women's Bible studies. She has a background in women's ministry, and has organized and led studies for women in home, church, and parachurch contexts. Jen and her family are members of the Village Church in Flower Mound, Texas. She writes and teaches the Flower Mound Women's Bible Study, an interdenominational community study. Jen's passion is to see women become articulate and committed followers of Christ, with a clear understanding of why they believe what they believe, grounded in the Word of God. My Review

None Like Him

I found this book very uplifting. Jen Wilkin hits on great topics and uses personal examples from her own life to help show the points she is trying to get across. We can find peace in doing things God's way not our own. In this book Jen describes 10 ways god is different then us. God is Infinite, Incomprehensible, Self-Existent, Self-Sufficient, Eternal, Immutable, Omnipresent, Omniscient, Omnipotent, Sovereign.With each chapter there is scripture and a story that goes with each lesson. End of each chapter are verses to meditate on and questions to reflect on what was being said in the chapter end each chapter in prayer. I like praying before studying that God will open me to understand what is being taught. Prayer at end to pray I use it in my life as God would have me. I think it make a good group study also.
