I found this book to be full of insights about life in general. The thing I liked the most was how Dolores wrote it using biblical backing. I enjoyed her insight on different subjects. Friendships, being a empty nester and depression to name a few. I know as I read the book it made me look at myself. Looking forward to reading volume 2.
