My Review
If you have back pain you need this book. I have lot pain in my back. which means no sleep and then that causes me other issues. I like holistic way to correct things in my body. I don't like drugs and surgery is not recommended. H.L. Wegley has written this great book of things you can do to get rid of that pain. Exercises you can do to help and he gives examples and how to exercise to help. I found this book to be very helpful. I give this book a 5 star.
