"Who will pick up the pieces of a broken heart"

Sylvia Stein

Author Sylvia Stein began her path to writing when she joined the Writer's Group on Linked in 750 in 2012.  She continued her journey by creating short stories, which were published, in the Giant tales Anthology series. While obtaining her Masters degree at Southern New Hampshire University online author Stein built a solid foundation with her colleagues who encouraged her to continue on her writing. That's when Closure was born. With the help of her editor Closure grew from a short story to a full novella that Author Stein is excited to share. Closure is her  debut book as a solo writer. To quote Author Stein,

"This is the first of many to come."

My Review
I love Sylvia Steins style of writing! When she told me she had another book coming after Closure I was so excited. Her books are really good, great characters and exciting that keeps you flipping pages and reading instead doing what I am suppose to be doing! I was given the opportunity to read Chasing Clarity before it comes out! This is a book you are going to want to read. It is YA book but I know adults will love it too. I just feel in love with the characters right away I say Mia is a favorite. All the characters are well written you fall in love with them. I wonder if there might be a book to follow to carry on from where this one left off, I can see it. Mia has been in love with the same boy since she was small. Her and Leo are the best of friends, but they both know it is more, but they are to young.  Mia know in her heart she wants to be a dancer and Leo thinks she is wonderful at it and encourages her to pursue it in college. Leo wants to be a doctor only thing is Mia wants to go to New York Dance Academy which will separate them. They make plans to join up once Leo is done. But life throws a curve ball into their plans their is a terrible car accident and Leo is pinned in his car. The car is crushed! Will Leo make it out? Will their hopes and dreams come true? Get this book by Sylvia Stein and find out what lies ahead for them. This is a 5 star book!!

I you haven't read her first book Closure please pick it up you will not be disappointed!!

My Review
I started reading this book and could not put it down. I loved it. Characters are all well written. Wasn't sure I liked the character Garrison but as the story went I got to love the guy. Sylvia did a great job showing all sides to abuse. I liked how the story of each character is shown, not just the one being abused. This is a journey of what this family went through. From things being great for Garrison James and his family to the day the word cancer came into the family. The death of the mother and the depending on alcohol to get him through a day. Sara is the one who will pay for this. How can Sara grow up with all the mental scars she carries of the abuse from the monster (her father)? Will Sara find closure? Wonderful must read book.. 5 stars
