It's Elementary, My Dear Winifred By: Miss Mae

Do bizarre and unusual mysteries only occur in imaginary tales? Amateur sleuth Winifred Merryweather, along with dashing newspaper hound Remington Hawthorne, find themselves in the throes of a real life mystery when they’re plunged in the bowels of a dark and ancient castle. Booby-traps abound with disappearing floors, hidden sliding panels, and spider-webbed shadowy corridors. Danger threatens to steal Winifred’s very breath -- or is that the annoying allure of Remington’s flirtatious charms?

My Review
It's Elementary, My Dear Winifred
By:  Miss Mae

I really enjoy a good mystery and this kept me really thinking all the way through who done it. The characters were great. Not only was this a mystery but all a nice romance added also done in clean taste.  This book will hold your attention from the first page. I never put it down the whole time I was reading.  The story is of  a group of book club fans who read books and go over them together. Thing is they are all kidnapped and now they are the story. Who would do this to them? Main thing is how do they get out of this place, where there is traps and danger around each step they take?  Miss Mae is a wonderful writer. I am looking forward to see what is next for Winifred and Remington.  I know there has to me more.  Anyone who likes a mystery will love this book. Best I have read in awhile.
