The Desire By: Dan Walsh and Gary Smalley

For two years, Allen and Michele have been trying to have a baby. For Michele, it has become an obsession. But Allen seems content to spend his time--and their money--saving orphans in Africa. As Michele researches their options for fertility treatments, she begins to resent Allen's divided attention. And yet, God has a plan for Allen and Michele that they could never have imagined. All it takes to set it in motion is a change of heart . . .

With a keen eye toward the give-and-take of the

marriage relationship, along with the ability to weave an engaging story, Dan Walsh and Gary Smalley show readers what it is to have godly desire and show selfless love. Fans will love this heartwarming story.

My Review:

The Desire
By: Dan Walsh
      Gary Smalley

I love to read books by Dan Walsh and Gary Smalley.  All books you pick up and can't put down. Always well written.  Characters you fall in love with.
Michele  who hasn't been able to have a baby fulfills a longing by watching kids play at a park. While her husband is off on a missions trip and sees how bad the children are there and a little orphan girl touches his heart.  He wants to do all he can to help over in Africa, Michele wants to have a baby and looking into ways this can happen. Can their relationship handle being pulled in opposite directions? Michele meets a young unwed mother at the park. She is their trying to make her mind up about her unborn baby. Can God meet the desires of all their hearts?
Great book you won't want to put it down.  I liked the story. I think the book is good for  anyone. Clean , spiritual book.

I was given this book by Revell for my own honest opinion.
