God's Amazing World

A new picture book celebrating God's Creation. Gracie and her cousin Bo explore the seven days of Creation, all without leaving the backyard! As Gracie tells the story of how God made the world, she and Bo find evidence of each day's work right there around them. When they get to Day 2, the day God created the sky, they take a moment to cloud watch. Day 3 leads them to play in the water, and on Day 6, they imitate the cows and pigs and lions God made.

This sweet, clever picture book by Eileen Spinelli overflows with enthusiasm for God's Creation, and children will catch the excitement and will begin to view their own surroundings as a tour of God's lovely world. Parents can use this beautiful book to introduce children to the concept of God's work in the world and to encourage appreciation, understanding, and stewardship of the world around us. Ages 4-8.

My Review:
God's Amazing World
 by Eileen Spinelli

I sat down with my two grand babies and read them this book. Madison is three and Micah fourteen months. they loved the story. We ended up reading it twice. Later Micah kept pointing at the book so I guessed he wanted to hear it again.  This book kept them entertained with the story and all the colorful illustrations. This book will hold there attention. I would recommend this book for every small child I know it say's 4 to 8 but my grandkids set still through it at their young age.

The book is a great book that illustrates the seven days God created the earth.  Two children playing in their yard  observing  and making connections with things in their yard to things in the story.  Like different shapes in the clouds  reminded them of  the second day. Come and follow Gracie and Bo through the story. What a wonderful way to teach young children about creation.

And God created the Heaven and the Earth!

Genesis 1: 1 - 31 and Genesis 2: 1 - 3
