I thoroughly enjoyed the story. War times back in the 1860's. Her husband Mitchell Davis and both sons are fighting in the war. Charity hasn't seen her husband in 2 years. Not knowing whether he is alive or not. She sees soldiers coming and it was the right soldiers they had gray uniforms. Charity kept asking if any of them knew Major Davis, but no one seemed to know. Then at the tail end are 3 riders the two on the outside was holding the middle man up. It was her husband Major Mitchell Davis. He was wounded. Where will this love story go?
