My Review

A wonderful Victorian collection of 9 wonderful Christmas stories from the time of the 1800's. Written by nine wonderful authors. Each telling a Christmas story from different parts of the world. Carrie's story The Sugarplum Ladies left me wanting to make a trip to  Mackinac Island.  Eugenie in need of a lawyer for someone trying to say he is engaged to marry her. Meets Mr. Gladstone and now needs to wonder what are his intentions towards her. Loved this novella. Carrie has a way of writing a story I love. Katheleen L. Maher novella of Love Brick by Brick was wonderful such a devoted love for his mother Rufus Sedgwick relocating her English home  to New York. Brick by Brick it will be rebuilt for her.  His mother is in failing health and needs extra care he cannot give. Hiring Sarah Ann to help with this special care. Could there be another brick by brick being built between them? Wonderful novella. Plus 7 more wonderful stories are included in this one book.  I'm sure you will find many stories in it you will love.
